China Petrochemical Group is China Petrochemical Corporation.

China Petrochemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Sinopec Sinopec Group) is a super large petroleum and petrochemical enterprise group established by the state on the basis of the former China Petrochemical Corporation in July 1998. It is a state-owned company established by the state, a state-authorized investment institution and a state holding company. Sinopec Group has a registered capital of 130.6 billion yuan, the general manager is the legal representative, and its headquarters is located in Beijing. At the end of 2007, Sinopec had a total share capital of 86.7 billion shares, with Sinopec Group holding 75.84 per cent, foreign shares accounting for 19.35 per cent and domestic public shares accounting for 4.81 per cent. Sinopec's net profit 70.7 billion in 2010.

Shanghai Blue Arrow is the first-tier supplier of China Petrochemical Group and the first supplier in the framework agreement.
